Last updated: October 7, 2026. Cornelius Estates LLC ("Cornelius Estates," "we," "our," or "us") provides residential and multifamily real estate services. This policy explains how information is handled through our website and when you contact us.
1. Information We Collect
When you call, email, or arrange a consultation, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, property details, real estate goals, and other information you choose to share. Website hosting and embedded services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device information, requested pages, and request times. When you submit the website contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, question, and permission to respond. Formspree processes and stores the submission and sends it to our business email inbox. Submitting this form does not automatically enroll you in marketing campaigns. We also provide phone and email links. An email link opens your email application; you must send the message yourself. When you request newsletter and off-market opportunity updates, we collect your name, email, selected property interests, and explicit email consent. Formspree processes the request and sends it to our business inbox for our team to manage. You can stop these updates by emailing rory@corneliusestates.net. This signup does not provide consent for text messages.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, provide requested real estate services, coordinate transactions, maintain business records, and communicate with you. We may also use information for our own real estate marketing and advertising. You can contact us to change your marketing preferences.
3. How Information Is Shared
Information may be shared with our brokerage, professionals involved in your transaction, and providers that support communications, scheduling, website hosting, and marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law or as needed to protect legal rights. The information involved depends on the service or interaction. 4. Website Services, Cookies and Advertising
Our reviews section uses an Elfsight Google Reviews widget. Loading this widget sends technical requests to its provider, which may use cookies or similar technologies. Our active-listings and past-transactions sections use RealScout widgets, which send technical requests to RealScout when loaded. Consultation links open Calendly, property search opens RealScout, and social and review links open their respective services. Those services apply their own privacy practices. Microsoft 365 handles messages sent to our business email accounts. The current website does not include a directly installed Meta Pixel or Google Analytics tag. This does not describe every third-party service or advertising campaign outside this website. The website does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Browser privacy settings do not automatically change marketing preferences for contact information you separately provide to us. Contact us to request changes to those preferences. The newsletter popup remembers on your device when it was shown so it can avoid repeating for 14 days, and remembers a successful signup request so automatic prompts stop. These settings do not track you across other websites. Clearing browser storage resets these preferences.
5. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop using or sharing it for marketing or advertising. We will review requests under applicable requirements and may need information to verify your identity for requests involving personal records. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, legal, or other legitimate business requirements. Use the privacy contact link below or call 760-710-1897. An email request is not sent until you send it from your email application. Where a marketing message includes an unsubscribe option, you may also use that option.
6. Retention and Security
Retention depends on the reason information was collected, the services requested, transaction record requirements, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website, email system, or other method of transmission is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive financial documents or identification through an ordinary website inquiry email.
7. Third-Party Links
When you follow a link to another website or use an external service, review that provider's privacy notice and available privacy controls. This policy does not govern those providers' independent practices.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The updated policy will appear on this page with a revised date.
