The leaders of our team, Rory and Connor, are identical twin brothers and native to San Diego. Both of them attended San Diego State University and received construction engineering degrees which was followed by employment at the same company in large scale construction project management. Our agency represents the culmination of years of experience, education, and a profound understanding of the San Diego real estate landscape. Over the years of living in San Diego, our team has been able to build an extensive network of people that we can use at our disposal to help you meet your real estate goals. Rory Cornelius

Rory is the founder of Cornelius Estates and a seasoned expert in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. He earned his bachelors degree in Construction Engineering from San Diego State University. Rory's goal is to utilize his background in engineering and six plus years of civil/commercial construction management of projects over $100 million to provide value to his clients. Rory is dedicated to providing clients with personalized, result-driven solutions.
Connor Cornelius
Real Estate Agent & Development - DRE 02045012
Connor entered the real estate business when he received his real estate license back in 2017. He graduated from San Diego State University where he earned his Bachelors in Construction Engineering and then went on to gain experience with large scale project management where he helped manage $100 million + projects. Further enriching Connor's skill set is a Master's in Business Administration, which is a testament to his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
